The place was packed and the waiting time was a killer, but the perfection on my eggs Benedict and the ginormous French toast made it all worth it.
I ordered the ‘Blonda Breakfast’ from the brunch menu and I must say that the portions are enough for two, except the eggs Benedict, those, I would never share.
My plate was huge and the smells were amazing. I decided that I needed to tackle them one at a time biting into some bacon every now and then.
Such a beauty needed to be eaten first, so my first bite went for the perfectly poached egg smothered in the most amazing hollandaise sauce that I have tried.
I had some bacon.
Then, I had the 4 fingers thick French toast crunchy on the edges topped with a vanilla and caramel sauce with strawberries.
I had more bacon.
The pancake was big and fluffy topped with a dollop of whipped cream, the bacon was just the way I like it, super crunchy; so I ate some more.
The house potatoes were good, but I can live without them, moving on.
A couple of raspberry mimosas and orange juice made this meal perfect for a Sunday brunch.
